Telephone support is available from the SUNY Learning Network for student and faculty members during regular business hours, listed below.
During peak times, you may be asked to hold for support. Please know that at any time, you may opt to leave a voicemail, or you may choose our other support options.
For faster service when contacting the SLN HelpDesk concerning your online course, please be at a computer with internet access and have your Student ID or username available. The average HelpDesk call takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Please call when your schedule permits.
